Delete your account

In the app, open Profile > Account & Legal > Delete Account and confirm the request. This removes the Firebase account and cloud teams, players, matches and uploaded media owned by it.

Delete selected data without deleting your account

Team owners can delete an owned team from Teams > team menu > Delete Team. Users can remove player and other owned cricket records through their corresponding in-app menus.

To request deletion of specific data that cannot be removed in the app, email oecryk@gmail.com from the account email and identify the team, player, match or other record to remove.

If you cannot access the app, email oecryk@gmail.com from the account email or include the account phone number. Identity verification may be required. Verified requests are processed within 15 days.

Requested cloud information owned by the account is deleted. Security records or anonymized aggregate information may be retained only where legally required or where it can no longer identify the user.
